1. crvBONDS DAO Treasury Optimization Process. This process is designed to be easy and quick to pass, in order to enable timely optimization of the crvBONDS treasury. This process only allows for an extremely restricted set of actions involving withdrawing and depositing crvUSD/scrvUSD from Curve Stable Pools, StakeDAO/Convex/Bifi Vaults, Illamalend Markets and collecting yield from staked yCRV and yYB positions. One voting round, requiring approval from three voting bodies 70% approval and 20% Quorum from governance wrapped bcrvUSD+ holders. Approval from the crvBONDS Core Team Gnosis Multisig with 3 out of 5 signatures required. 1 approval from a Certified Risk Manager. Inquire in telegram to apply to become a Certified Risk Manager, which provides a share of crvBONDS tokens emissions. Only Certified Risk Managers can generate proposals using the crvBONDS DAO Treasury Optimization Process.
